Profil

Sudirman was born on 14th March 1981 in Blangkejeren, Aceh province, Indonesia. One year after his graduation from senior high school, precisely in 2001, he started his study at English department of Tarbiyah Faculty at State Institute for Islamic Studies North Sumatra (IAIN Sumatera Utara) in Medan and got his undergraduate degree in 2005.

A year before his graduation from undergraduate degree, he joined humanitarian mission for Aceh to assist the earthquake and tsunami victims in rehabilitation and reconstruction phase. He was working as a national staff of International Federation of the Red Cross/Red Crescent (IFRC) under the management of Japanese Red Cross Society (JRCS). He continued joining this mission up to the end of 2010. Since this time, he started to like Japan, especially its education and culture.
In 2010, he was appointed to a civil servant and assigned as an English teacher at Public Senior High School 1 Rikit Gaib in Gayo Lues. Four year later, in 2014, he completed his dual degree program of his master from University of Syiah Kuala in Banda Aceh, Indonesia, and Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. One year later, in 2015, his dream to come to Japan came true. He was granted a scholarhip for Teacher Training Program by Japanese Goverment (MEXT). He chose to study at Hiroshima University in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. He studied at Hiroshima University for 1 year and 6 months. In March 2017, He completed his Teacher training program from Hiroshima University.
